You are respectfully advised that the full treatment costs will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given of an appointment cancellation or postponement. You must speak to a live spa concierge in order to cancel a spa appointment.
We are pleased to accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Elevation Hotel guests are welcome to charge services to their room.
We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience.
A locker key, robe and sandals are provided for spa guests during their visit; however, valuable items should not be brought to the spa. We maintain a strict draping policy for your privacy; undergarments may be worn during your spa service if it increases your comfort level. Please note that pools and hot tubs require a bathing suit.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services. For your convenience, we can add an industry standard 20% gratuity to the price of all services at your request. You may choose to leave another amount. Any gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Complimentary Parking at Elevation Hotel is included with the purchase of a Spa Treatment.
