Scheduling
Our spa concierge is available 7 days a week to assist you in planning your spa outing. We recommend that you reserve your appointment times in advance, however don’t hesitate to call last minute, we will do our best to accommodate you! Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you to leisurely change in to a cozy robe and enjoy a few moments in one of our three tranquility rooms before your spa experience. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. We guarantee reservation of all appointments with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. You are respectfully advised that the full treatment costs will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given of an appointment cancellation or postponement. You must speak to a live spa operator in order to cancel a spa appointment.
Payment Options
We are pleased to accept cash, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Crested Butte resort property guests are welcome to charge services to their room.

Health Considerations
We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. If pregnant, please inform our spa concierge when making your reservation so that we may provide specially trained therapists and pregnancy pillows for support and comfort.
Spa Attire
For the fitness facility, please bring workout clothes and the appropriate shoes. Be sure to also pack a bathing suit to enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub. A robe and sandals are provided for spa guests during their visit. You will be given a locker key, however, valuable items should not be brought to the spa, as we cannot be responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Undergarments may be worn during your spa service if it increases your comfort level, however, we maintain a strict draping policy for your privacy. Please note that pools and hot tubs require a bathing suit.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services. For your convenience, we can add an industry standard 15% gratuity to the price of all services. You may choose to leave another amount or not to leave a gratuity at all. Any gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Use of Spa Facilities
Use of the pool, steam, sauna and hot tubs, as well as the fully equipped work out facilities, are complimentary to hotel guests and outside guests receiving spa services. For non-resident/non-members there is a $25 per person daily charge to use any or all of the facilities.
